If I ever go back to Ubud, I'll definitely book here again👍 The main reason I want to come back is the service. Diah in particular explained everything so kindly, from how to use the resort's facilities to every little detail, and whenever an issue came up, she handled it right away, which made us feel so looked after! Whenever we sent a request via WhatsApp, the replies and follow-up were quick, so we didn't have a single inconvenience during our stay👍👍👍 The service was the best of any place I've ever stayed, and I was truly moved by the staff's hospitality. Thank you so much, Diah💛 We were welcomed with a drink, and since we stayed 2 consecutive nights, we also got a floating breakfast. It was so beautifully decorated that it became an unforgettable memory💐 The resort is about a 10-minute taxi ride from central Ubud, and there are 4 shuttles to town a day, so getting around was easy!! Being a little away from the center means it's quiet at night, which is part of its charm💛 The pool villa has its own private pool, so we spent whole days just eating, sleeping and swimming in the villa, and that was the happiest part🤍 The resort's infinity pool also blends into the jungle view, which makes it great for photos! Breakfast is à la carte, and it was actually better than a buffet because every dish came out properly cooked. It also comes with bread, fruit, drinks and tea, so every morning was satisfying🍳 There's a free yoga class every morning at 7 and afternoon tea from 3 to 5 pm, so even staying inside the resort, our days were full! After the yoga class, if you ask the instructor for a photo, they'll even guide you through poses, so we got some lovely photos🧘♀️ It's a perfect place for couples, especially honeymooners, and we also saw lots of groups of three women, so it would be great for a trip with friends too. Special thanks go to the wonderful staff for their excellent service, friendliness, and willingness to help at all times. The room was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The entire resort is impeccably clean, and the surroundings are beautiful. We were also impressed by the lovely swimming pool with its clean water and waterfall. Jovi Ninalga13 days agoThe best resort I've been to. Staff Diah and Yupik were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. I called them and messaged thru WhatsApp many times and they always responded very quickly. Yande was always attentive to our room service needs and helped us carry our heavy luggage to and from the room. We stayed at the villa and it was very nice, clean and beautiful. Food was delicious. The massage treatment I received from Maria was very good, she is very well trained with over 13 years of experience and it shows. She has very strong and firm pressure and very therapeutic and professional while being relaxing. She was much better, stronger and well trained than male massage therapists in Canggu! All the staff were always attentive and they even gave us a complimentary floating breakfast and nightly sweet treats with hand written notes. The welcoming ceremony from Diah was also extraordinary and she shared a piece of Balinese culture with us which made us feel very immersed. Even during some trouble with Grab food delivery they were trying to help as much as possible without being asked. Staff are all very hospitable and will try to help anyway they can. Linda B26 days agoUne expérience absolument incroyable au Premadewi Resort ✨ Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été séduite par la beauté du lieu, son calme et cette atmosphère tellement apaisante. L’hôtel est niché dans un environnement incroyable, entouré de nature, ce qui donne vraiment l’impression d’être dans une petite bulle loin de tout. La chambre était magnifique, très confortable et parfaitement entretenue. La piscine est un véritable bonheur, avec cette sensation d’être complètement coupée du monde. La nourriture est délicieuse , les cocktails très bon aussi. Mais ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention de toute l’équipe. Tout le personnel est adorable, souriant, disponible et toujours aux petits soins. On se sent vraiment accueillie et considérée, et c’est ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus spéciale. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le cadre, la tranquillité et le soin apporté à chaque détail. C’est exactement le genre d’endroit où l’on peut ralentir, profiter, se détendre et vraiment apprécier son séjour à Bali. 🌴 Une très belle découverte et certainement l’un des endroits qui restera parmi mes plus beaux souvenirs de Bali. ❤️ Je recommande le Premadewi Resort les yeux fermés ! Sam35 days agoDue to reasons unrelated to this accommodation provider, we were unable to make our trip and had to very expensively cancel all of our bookings. The staff were sympathetic to our situation and helpful in trying to sort out alternatives. Emz Scott36 days agoI stayed at Premadewi for a week and honestly… wow! What an incredible place. The villa i had was absolutely beautiful, spacious, peaceful and so comfortable with its own large private pool. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, and the whole place felt like a little slice of paradise. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in some amazing hotels and villas around the world, and Premadewi is genuinely right up there with the very best — easily one of my number one stays. What really made it special though was the staff. Eri, Budi, Tresna, Arya and Sri were all amazing along with others that I didnt catch names unfortunately (every staff memeber) was so kind, welcoming, helpful and genuinely lovely people. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made me feel so looked after during my stay. I was travelling solo and felt completely comfortable and at home here. I was actually sad to leave! Thank you to everyone at Premadewi for making my week so special. I would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. ❤️+5Posted on Google

lieke grinsven50 days agoSuch a beautiful place with amazing hospitality I honestly loved my stay here. What stood out the most was the staff. They were genuinely so kind, warm and caring. I’ve travelled quite a lot and stayed in many different places, but I really felt safe and looked after here. The hospitality is honestly a 10/10. The service was also amazing. Housekeeping comes twice a day. In the morning everything is cleaned and the bed is made, and in the evening they prepare the bed with the mosquito net, turn on the mosquito repellent, refill the water and coffee, etc. So when you come back in the evening, everything is ready for you to just get into bed. Such a nice detail. Everything is brand new and very clean. The garden and pool are beautiful, and the infinity pool overlooking the surroundings is just stunning. I stayed in both one of the rooms and later in one of the villas. The villas are beautiful, with lovely Balinese details and so much attention to detail. You can really feel that a lot of love has gone into this place. Breakfast was also great, lots of options and served in such a beautiful bamboo setting. I also had two massages during my stay, and both were really good. The location is great too, around 5 minutes from central Ubud. They have a shuttle, but a Gojek is also only a few minutes away. Overall, I really think this place is a wonderful new addition to Ubud. It’s not just beautiful, but the people and the level of care are what really make it special. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by the natural charm of Ubud. What made our stay truly special, however, was the authentic Balinese hospitality. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, almost like staying with family rather than simply being guests. We really enjoyed the combination of local Balinese flavors and international options. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection and fresh ingredients. We also tried several dishes for lunch and dinner, and everything was consistently well prepared and flavorful. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were satisfying, and the service was warm and attentive. Mell59 days agoExcellent I stayed here for 2 nights with my friend. The resort was amazing, the atmosphere was great. The room was spacious, facing to the pool. The breakfast was really good and they have lot of options for breakfast. They have free shuttle service to Ubud, daily yoga class. All the staff members were beyond the expectation, they gave us excellent service during our stay. We will definitely come again next time. Something you find in upscale resorts but for a much affordable price. All the staff are easy to reach and clear communication. The room and pool are clean, tidy. Overall a warm experience. Nous sommes venus manger et passer l’après-midi, et nous avons passé un très bon moment ! 🥰 Le cadre est magnifique, la nourriture est délicieuse et très bien présentée.
